The Short Version

This website is where you learn and play Fishings Wild. Printed decks are sold through our online store at shop.cardswild.com, which runs on Shopify and has its own privacy policy. On this website we collect only what we need to run the game and keep you informed if you ask us to. We don’t sell your data, we don’t share it with advertisers, and we don’t track you across the internet.

What We Collect on This Website

• Email address. Only if you join the Fish List, so we can tell you when a game is back in stock or a new one comes out.
• Account details. You do not need an account to play the free online game. If you create one, we store your email address, display name, and game results so the leaderboard works.
• Visit records. Like most websites, we keep basic visit records, such as the page you viewed, the site that sent you, and your type of device, to see how people find us.
• Video views. When you watch one of our How to Play videos, we record your IP address, the kind of device, browser and screen you use, your time zone and language, and how much of the video you watched. If you are signed in, we connect it to your account.

When You Buy a Deck

Orders are placed on our store at shop.cardswild.com, not on this website. Your name, shipping address, and payment details are collected there by Shopify, our store platform. We use your order details to pack and ship your deck and to answer questions about your order. We never see or store your full card number. The store’s privacy policy explains how Shopify handles that information, including your privacy choices.

How We Use It

• To ship your order and send shipping updates
• To email Fish List subscribers about restocks and new games
• To run the online game and the leaderboard
• To see how people find the site and use the videos
• To respond to your questions or support requests
